My first listing was a tired cabin on Spring Lake that two other agents had given up on. It sat empty all winter. We repriced it, reshot the photos, and walked every buyer down to the dock ourselves. It closed in nineteen days, and I realized this was a market worth knowing inside and out.

Over the years that turned into a real team. We learned which bays freeze first, which roads turn to mud in April, and which inspectors don't miss things. We branched into commercial leasing and property management because the same families kept asking us to handle more.

We still spend most of summer turning dated lake homes into the kind of place families fight over at Thanksgiving. It's the part of the job none of us ever gets tired of.
